MUNCIE, Ind. -- A Muncie woman was arrested Tuesday after Delaware County sheriff's deputies say she tried to hire a hitman to kill her boyfriend's ex-girlfriend.
Tamara Olis, 39, is facing charges of conspiracy to commit murder and conspiracy to commit perjury.
Olis's arrest comes weeks after her boyfriend, Lionel Mackey, 38, was arrested for allegedly placing two live pipe bombs outside his ex-girlfriend's home in Muncie.

According to court documents, Olis wanted to have Margie Wolford killed so she couldn't testify against Mackey and he would be released from jail.
Olis met with an undercover deputy on Tuesday and told him she wanted Wolford's brake lines cut while she was at work at PDQ taxi so she would be killed in a car accident, court records show.
Records also show that Olis and the 'hitman' discussed a fee and payment; she described to him what kind of car Wolford drove and her work schedule.
Deputies later went to Olis' home and took her into custody. They say she gave a full confession.
In addition to conspiracy to commit murder, Olis' is facing a charge of conspiracy to commit perjury because deputies said she told them Mackey wanted her to lie in court and say he was building a DVR and not a pipe bomb.
