INDIANAPOLIS -- Charges have been dropped against a man accused of the February murder of a young mother on Indianapolis' east side.
The Marion County Prosecutor's Office says charges against Antuan Cooper, 30, were dismissed due to lack of evidence.
Candice Pigee, 24, was found shot to death outside a home in the 800 block of N. Rural Street on February 24.
Pigee had seven children, ages 1 to 11.
