Police identify victim shot to death on city's northwest side

INDIANAPOLIS -- Police identified the person found shot to death on the city's northwest side Tuesday evening. 

Officers said 22-year-old Devin White of Indianapolis was found unresponsive in the middle of the street in the 2900 block of Warman Avenue around 8 p.m.

Another person with gunshot wounds reportedly walked into IU Methodist Hospital just 30 minutes before the shooting death. That person was expected to survive, police said. 

Officers said the two incidences may be related.

No arrest in either case have been made.
