INDIANAPOLIS -- A man found dead in a motel on Indianapolis' west side has been identified.
Police say the body of Derrell McElwain, 26, was found at a Motel 6 in the 5800 block of Rockville Road around 5:30 p.m. Friday night.
Detectives now say that McElwain shot himself.
No foul play is suspected and detectives do not believe anyone else was involved at this point.
