INDIANAPOLIS -- A person is in serious condition after police say they were intentionally hit by a vehicle on the city's south side.
Police were called to the area of Atlantic Street just before 5 p.m. on Tuesday after a report of a pedestrian hit by a vehicle.
Investigators say their initial report indicates that the victim was intentionally struck by the vehicle. The driver then left the scene.
Police have not identified the victim.
No arrests have been made.
