INDIANAPOLIS -- A man shot at his ex-supervisor in what police are calling a case of workplace violence on Indianapolis' northwest side.
Officers were called to BCS Recycling in the 7900 block of Zionsville Road around 7 a.m. Friday morning.
Employees say a man who was fired a few days ago apparently came back. They say he opened fire on his former supervisor who was sitting in his car.
Police say the supervisor may have been grazed by a bullet. He was checked out at the scene and is expected to be okay.
Officers are still looking for the shooter.
