INDIANAPOLIS -- Four people were rushed to the hospital early Sunday morning after a crash in the eastbound lanes of I-70 near Sherman Dr.
Police say a white sedan was driving the wrong way on the interstate, when it crashed head-on into a truck. The truck exploded into flames.
Three people in the truck and the driver of the sedan were taken to the hospital. Police say they expect all the victims to survive. There's names have not been released.
Investigators have not released any information on why the sedan was driving the wrong way.
Several lanes of I-70 were closed while crews put out the fire and cleaned up scene. They have since reopened.
