LAWRENCE, Ind. -- A group of reserve police officers in Lawrence will be sharing their musical talents with the community over the next few weeks to spread some holiday cheer.
The “Caroling Cops” will be making appearances at hospitals, senior living facilities and shopping areas to share some holiday spirit and unite the community in song.
The program is voluntary and the officers involved have dedicated much of their off-duty time to practicing and preparing for their gigs.
The “Caroling Cops” are also available for appearances by request.
