Some people living under tough restrictions only have a window to witness the world, which made it easy to see and hear music man.

Dressing the part and walking with confidence are key to success. And how you perform is what connects with hearts and minds.

With his trumpet and borrowed Santa suit, Steve Brown serenaded seniors and the hometown heroes at work.

He traveled to a couple of long-term care facilities, including Otterbein and Compass Park, where residents for months have faced visitor restrictions due to COVID-19.

Steve did this at Easter, sharing the "Good News" and now "Joy to The World."

The scale of the pandemic has given birth to new traditions like this involving a man, his music, and a message of hope.
