GREENWOOD — Milwaukee Tool will host a job fair for its new Greenwood facility this week at Ivy Tech Community College Franklin Campus.
Invite-only sessions will be held on Wednesday and Thursday followed by open interviews.
The company said it is looking to fill more than 70 full-time positions. The positions come with benefits packages, 401(k), attendance bonuses, first shift hours and an educational assistance program. Open positions include repair technicians, auditors, shipping and receiving clerks, cycle counters, material handlers, and order entry clerks.
On Wednesday, the invite-only session runs from 3 to 7 p.m. On Thursday, the invite-only session is from 9 to 11 a.m. with open interviews from 11 a.m. to noon and again from 1 to 3 p.m.
Applicants are encouraged to apply for invite-only time slots early. To be considered for an invite-only time slot, applicants should go online and select the Greenwood, Indiana location and apply for open positions. Applicants who would like to be considered for an invite-only time slot need to apply by Wednesday.
Milwaukee Tool will follow CDC guidelines for COVID-19 during the event. All attendees will receive temperature checks upon arrival, are required to wear a mask, and will be socially distanced.
The Greenwood facility will create more than 450 new jobs by the end of 2025, the company said.
