INDIANAPOLIS — Catipult.AI, a software company that uses artificial intelligence to help businesses manage and track goals, announced Thursday it will create up to 51 high-wage jobs by the end of 2024.

The startup, located at 55 Monument Circle, plans to spend $2.6 million to expand its staff and operations, which will include an eventual move to a larger office space in Indianapolis.

"Indianapolis is the perfect place to grow a tech business," Peter Fuller, president of Catipult.AI, said in a news release. "There is a growing technology hub here, and we are excited to be a part of that growth."

The Indiana Economic Development Corporation offered Catipult.AI up to $950,000 in conditional tax credits and up to $50,000 in training grants based on the company's hiring plans.

Catipult.AI, founded in 2019, plans to begin hiring for sales, marketing and product development positions in the second half of 2021. Jobs openings will be posted on the company's LinkedIn page.

“We welcome the expansion of Catipult.AI, one of many growing businesses in Indianapolis’s burgeoning tech sector,” Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett said in a news release. “Our city continues to add good-paying jobs thanks to our high quality of life and welcoming business environment.”
