CARMEL — A Chicago area-based pizzeria will hold its second two-day hiring event next week looking to hire more than 50 people for its first Indianapolis area restaurant.
Lou Malnati's Pizzeria will conduct open interviews to hire various positions, including delivery drivers, kitchen staff, and phone staff, for its first Indianapolis-area location. The interviews will be held from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 8 and Thursday, Sept. 10 at 11435 Spring Mill Road, Suite 170 in Carmel.
Applicants are asked to bring a mask, proof of authorization to work in the U.S. and a resume.
Lou Malnati's Pizzeria operates more than 60 locations in the Chicagoland area, Arizona, Wisconsin and soon in Indiana. The restaurant is known for its deep dish pizza that is made from a family recipe that has been handed down through four generations, according to the company.
The new carryout and delivery restaurant will be located at 11435 Spring Mill Road, Suite 170 in Carmel. It is set to open in October.
