INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana Department of Correction is looking to fill open positions and will host five virtual hiring events in September.
A news release from IDOC said the events will feature information about the agency, along with details about specific correctional facilities with immediate openings. Each event will be hosted on Microsoft Teams and include an IDOC recruiter and a human resources representative.
The virtual hiring events are scheduled to take place at 3 p.m. Sept. 2, 4 p.m. Sept. 9, 3 p.m. Sept. 16, 4 p.m. Sept. 23 and 3 p.m. Sept. 30.
According to IDOC, they have a variety of employment opportunities, but the greatest need is for correctional officers and maintenance staff.
