GREENSBURG — In an effort to compete with other manufacturers for workers, Honda Manufacturing of Indiana is offering new hiring bonuses to new production workers.
In a press release, Kelly Services, a staffing company, said Honda is offering bonuses of up to $2,000 to attract new production associates.
Kelly Services is working with Honda to fill the positions and is now accepting applications. First- and second-shift positions are available with wages starting at $16.69 and $17.52, bonuses of up to $2,000 after 90 days and opportunities for advancement.
Worker safety is also a priority for both Kelly and Honda. On-site precautions include temperature checking, personal protective equipment, and around-the-clock sanitizing protocols.
