FORT WAYNE, Ind. -- The trial of Richmond Hill Explosion suspect Bob Leonard, Jr., will move into the "investigation phase" Friday, as prosecutors call witnesses from the agencies tasked with looking into the blast.
Officials from the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, National Transportation Safety Board and Citizens Energy will testify about their role in the investigation.
