INDIANAPOLIS -- Over $1 million was raised during this year's Drumstick Dash.

Over 20,000 runners got up early Thanksgiving morning to run one of the two courses.

Organizes say the event sold out for the first time this year.

All proceeds will go to the Wheeler Mission and its work for the homeless and others in need.
