INDIANAPOLIS -- A third person has been formally charged for his alleged role in two burglaries committed before Amanda Blackburn's murder.
According to the court documents, Diano Gordon, 24, was charged with two counts of burglary and two counts of theft.

Court documents say Gordon broke into an apartment on San Clemente Drive and a house on Sunnyfield Court and stole many items from them.
"(According) to his statement," Marion County Prosecutor Terry Curry said, "He participated in the burglaries that occurred in the two addresses prior to the burglary and homicide that occurred at the Blackburn residence."
Blackburn was killed in her home on Nov. 10. Larry Taylor and Jalen Watson were charged with her murder.
Police said the three suspects conducted three burglaries on the morning of Nov. 10, ending at the Blackburn's Sunnyfield Court home.
Police say Amanda was 12 weeks pregnant with the couple's second child at the time of her death.
Amanda's husband Davey, a local pastor, will now have to raise his 15-month–old son Weston without his mom.
"One of the hardest things in this whole process is knowing he's not going to grow up with Amanda," Davey said. "She was the perfect mom. I wish every mom in the world could've learned from her. I wish every wife in the world could've learned from her."
