INDIANAPOLIS -- Four people from Chicago are arrested on drug and credit card fraud charges in Indianapolis.

State troopers and officers from the Department of Homeland Security were in the middle of an investigation at a hotel at 8325 Bash Street when they found out that a person wanted on an outstanding warrant had rented rooms there.

Harry Taylor, 58, and Victor Reed, 59, were in one room. Officers say they found suspected heroin, a computer, printer, drivers' license card stock and blank cards for printing driver's licenses.

Louis Deberry, 48, and Stephanie Watson, 24, were in the other rented room.

All four were arrested for fraud.

Taylor also faces possession of heroin and a failure to appear warrant out of Lake County.
