INDIANAPOLIS -- 4 people are facing charges in connection with a murder on the city's northeast side.
Anthony Morris, 18, was shot to death on April 17in the 2000 block of East 30th Street.
Detectives believe the shooting stemmed from an argument over a cell phone.
Morris was killed during the attack.

Tyree Henning, 23, is charged with murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
Cornisha Johnson, 33, Tyren Henning, 17, and Tywain Henning, 17 are all charged with aiding in murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
Tyree, Cornisha and Tyren are in the Marion County Jail.
Tywain is still on the loose and police say he should be considered armed and dangerous.
