INDIANAPOLIS — Police have safely located a missing 4-year-old boy who was reported missing on Saturday.
The boy returned home and is safe on Saturday morning, police say.
Robert Perkins was last seen sometime Saturday. Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers say Robert's mother, Amy Perkins, took him on Saturday and did not return him. Police say Amy has her phone turned off and she is homeless.
Robert is described as being 4 feet tall and weighing roughly 35 pounds.
