INDIANAPOLIS -- The owner of a gas station on the city's west side offered a $5,000 cash reward Monday for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for murdering a clerk last July.
Susan Seel, 52, was shot and killedduring an early morning robbery on July 22 at the McClure gas station in the 5300 block of Rockville Road. Police say Seel was taking a break when she was attacked.
Along with the announcement of the reward, Kelly McClure, President of McClure Oil Corporation, released this statement:
"We are devastated by the loss of our employee, Susan See. We at McClure Oil work diligently to insure the safety of our associates and customers. One of the numerous things we do as a company, which is consistent with our industry and other convenience stores in order to discourage theft and robbery, is to limit access to cash in our stores."
