INDIANAPOLIS — The only thing better than a visit to an art museum is a free visit to an art museum.
Newfields announced in a release that admission to the museum and grounds will be free from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday for National Gardens and Museums Day.
Current exhibitions at the museum include a look at Japanese clothing fashion in "Fashion Redefined" and Rembrandt's "Self-Portrait" in "Life and Legacy: Portraits from the Clowes Collection."
