INDIANAPOLIS -- It appears a suspicious package that shut down I-65 SB may be part of a vehicle that fell off, according to law enforcement officers.
The interstate was closed for about an hour Thursday afternoon at W. 30th St.
Although short-lived, the closure was long enough to cause quite a traffic backup.
