According to probable cause documents filed in those charges, Jamie Hogan reported Gray broke into their house in August 2015 and went into her daughter’s bedroom.
“She recalls waking up to this male standing over her and she immediately began kicking him and screaming,” according to the probable cause. “The suspect began wrestling with her when she started to strike him and he left a scratch on her arm.”
A number of people in the Franklin Township area have reported a man matching Gray's description peeping into their homes and trying to gain entry by turning the doorknob and pressing buttons on the keypad. Police spoke with Gray's wife, who allegedly said it was her husband caught doing just that on a widely circulated surveillance video.
Gray was arrested Tuesday afternoon on the 4600 block of April Lane. He posted bond and was released from jail.
Gray's trial date has been set for December 28.
