INDIANAPOLIS -- The two men charged in the killing of Amanda Blackburn were in court Tuesday morning to face new charges in a different case.
Larry Taylor and Jalen Watson were charged in a home invasion that happened just a week before Blackburn's death.
In the court hearing, both Taylor and Watson were appointed public defenders, and another court date was set for Feb. 2016.

Police say a woman reported being robbed and raped on Nov. 3 at Westlake Apartments.
They say Watson walked in on Taylor assaulting the woman at gunpoint. Investigators say the two stole things from the woman's apartment, then took off in her car.

Larry Taylor Jr. faces three counts of rape and one count of each of the following: burglary, theft, armed robbery, criminal confinement and auto theft.
Jalen Watson is charged with burglary, theft, armed robbery, criminal confinement and auto theft.
