ALEXANDRIA, Ind. -- A bus driver for Anderson Community Schools is facing charges after inappropriate pictures were allegedly found on a girl's school-issued iPad.
Rex Michael Davis, 23, of Alexandria, was arrested last Friday.
A probable cause affidavit says the 15-year-old girl involved told police that she's known Davis for several years and is friends with one of his siblings.
She also told police that the two have been emailing since July and that he asked for a nude picture of her.
Police say 159 emails were exchanged between the two from July 30 to November 7.
An Alexandria police detective says he found six photos of the girl topless or in a bra and seven that Davis sent of a man's penis.
Police say Davis admitted that he sent the pictures but denied having sex with the teen.
School officials say they didn't know Davis was under investigation until police contacted them and he was immediately dismissed.
Davis has been charged with sexual misconduct with a minor and possession of child pornography.
