Anderson pedestrian hit by train, killed

ANDERSON, Ind. -- A pedestrian was struck and killed by a train Tuesday morning in Anderson, Indiana.

A representative of the Anderson Police Department said the person was struck in the 1900 block of Ohio Avenue.

Authorities say, for some reason, the man was walking along the tracks when he was hit.

This is the second person to be hit by a train in Anderson in recent days.
