INDIANAPOLIS -- Families have built their homes and lives around it – and now they're worried about what will replace the golf course as old as their neighborhood itself.
The Saddlebrook Golf Course was foreclosed on last year because of the owner's money problems.
Neighborhood families came together Tuesday night to figure out what comes next, as the golf course prepares to go on the auction block.
Many residents said Tuesday night they just want things to stay the same – and that includes the golf course.
The public auction for the course is scheduled for next Wednesday.
