INDIANAPOLIS -- A victory for residents of one east side neighborhood. A board voted 5-0 to reject an appeal by Hustler Hollywood to build a shop next to a Chuck E. Cheese.
After residents voiced concerns about the store moving into the East 82nd Street neighborhood, the city reclassified the business as an adult entertainment service, meaning it could not go where planned under current zoning laws.
The company appealed that decision which was voted down once again by a vote of 5-0 at the city's county council meeting on Tuesday.
