INDIANAPOLIS — A car was found partially-submerged in the White River, southwest of downtown Indianapolis Wednesday. How the vehicle got there is the question.

Emergency teams from the Indianapolis Fire Department came to the river near West Raymond Street at about 3:30 p.m. after reports of a possible drowning in the area.

The found a KIA sedan partially-submerged in the river. The vehicle was empty. It was missing a license plate but did have a bumper sticker reading "How's My Driving?"

Investigators are working to find out who owned the car and how it got into the water.
