CARMEL, Ind. – Students learned exactly what it’s like to be a firefighter for a day during a summer camp held in Carmel.
Hosted by the Carmel Fire Department, students completed several obstacle courses and tackled the basics of putting out a fire – like how to hook a water hose up to a hydrant.
The free camp lasts for three days and over 500 students participate each year.
