INDIANAPOLIS -- The age of the witnesses is hampering police who are investigating the shooting death of a 9-year-old.
Anthony Harmon, Jr. was shot and killed around 4:00 p.m. Friday at a home on Wickerwood Drive in Cumberland.
"The majority of witnesses are juveniles, (so) this slows our investigation down," said Cumberland Police Chief Michael Crooke. "We are working diligently to determine what occurred. At this time, we will not be expecting to have further comments or information until Tuesday."
There were reportedly several juveniles but no adults in the home at the time of the shooting.
