INDIANAPOLIS -- A fire caused about $600,000 dollars worth of damage to a northeast-side cleaners Friday morning.
The fire at Brent's Elite Cleaners, located at the intersection of 25th and Wheeler streets, began around 10:30 a.m.
Heavy fire and smoke was showing through the roof when firefighters arrived on the scene.
The fire was under control about an hour later.
Nobody was hurt in the fire.
The owner, Willis Brent, 74, has owned the business for 18 years.
The reason for the fire is still under investigation -- the owner said he doesn't know what caused the fire.
