FRANKFORT — Police in Frankfort are asking for the public's help to locate a missing mother and her three children.
Police say Kacey Lynn McGuire was reported missing on Wednesday. She was last seen on December 23, 2018.
Police say McGuire's three children, ages 6, 5 and 2 years of age should also be with her.
