LOGAN, Utah -- Indianapolis Colts running back Robert Turbin was arrested last Friday for possession of marijuana, according to police in Logan, Utah.

Turbin played college football at Utah State University, which is in Logan.

According to a local newspaper, Turbin was headed to conduct a youth football camp when police say he ran a stop sign.

The officer who made the traffic stop reportedly smelled marijuana, so a K-9 was brought in.

A joint was allegedly found in the car.

Turbin and the Colts agreed to terms in March that brought him on board as backup running back.
