INDIANAPOLIS — A hospital room at IU Health in Indianapolis turned into a wedding chapel Tuesday.
Anna Gonzales and Justin Middleton said "I do" in Anna's hospital room. Anna is living with cystic fibrosis.
The couple has been together for three years, and after a two-year engagement, they decided late last week to get married.
Nurses and social workers helped make it a special day by creating a beautiful wedding gown for Anna, giving her a manicure and fixing her hair.
Cystic fibrosis is a rare genetic disorder that damages the lungs and other organs.
