UPDATE: Traffic is moving once again after the earlier delays.
PENDLETON — A crash on Interstate 69 near Pendleton is creating long backups Wednesday afternoon.
According to the Indiana Department of Transportation, the right lane of northbound I-69 will be closed at least two hours due to a crash.
