CLERMONT, Ind. -- Police officers and firefighters rescued a 3-year-old Border Collie named Misty from a concrete drainage culvert Wednesday evening.
According to a press release from the Wayne Township Fire Department, crews were called to the 8700 block of West 30th in Clermont around 5:30 p.m. When they arrived, they found Misty at the bottom of the culvert.
IMPD and Clermont police officers were also on scene.
Crews used a rope snare to loop around Misty and pull her out.
According to the press release, Misty was uninjured and happy to be back with her owners.
