INDIANAPOLIS – Heads up Broad Ripple drivers – road closures have caused major traffic backups during rush hour.
The latest construction project near Winthrop Avenue and Westfield Blvd involves improving infrastructure – which means closing roadways. Crews said many drivers aren’t obeying closure signs and are creating dangerous work environments.
Crews ask drivers to be patient as they continue to work on the storm water project and be aware of detour signs.
