INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis police are investigating a homicide Wednesday morning at a housing complex on the northwest side.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department dispatchers received a call around 10 a.m. about a person down outside an apartment in the 4200 block of Majestic Lane.
Pike Township medics responded and found an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound, according to IMPD. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
IMPD has not released information about a possible suspect and investigators are interviewing witnesses to learn what led to the shooting.
