INDIANAPOLIS — One person was shot on the near southeast side of Indianapolis on Sunday night.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to the 2700 block of Barrington Avenue on reports of a person shot.
Upon arrival, officers located a victim suffering from a gunshot injury. The victim was reported to be in critical condition, but later died at the scene.
