KOKOMO — A 19-year-old man who was shot and killed in Kokomo late Monday evening was likely riding his bike when the shooting took place.

Kokomo Police Department officers responded to the area of Taylor and Lonvgview streets just before 11:30 p.m. in for a report of shots fired.

Arriving officers found two bicycles and several shell casings lying in the roadway at that location. A short distance from that scene, officers found the 19-year-old male victim lying in the 400 block of North Bell Street.
