BOONE COUNTY — Police arrested two people following a chase involving a stolen car that ended Monday afternoon on Interstate 65 in Boone County.
According to information from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, Southwest District officers pursued the stolen car up I-65.
IMPD said two people were taken into custody without incident after the driver stopped the car in the left lane of the interstate near State Road 267.
Traffic backed up on both sides of I-65 following the chase as police responded to the situation.
