22-year-old arrested in connection with double homicide at Indy strip club

INDIANAPOLIS — A 22-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a double homicide at an Indianapolis strip club earlier this month.

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to Club Venus on West 16th Street just after 1 a.m. May 11 for a report of a person shot.

Arriving officers located two men suffering from gunshot wounds who were pronounced dead at the scene. The victims were identified as William Walker, 23, and Charles Reeves, 42.

During the course of the investigation, detectives developed probable cause against a 22-year-old man in connection with the shooting. RTV6 will not release the man's name until charges are filed by the Marion County Prosecutor.
