INDIANAPOLIS —A 26-year-old man is charged with multiple counts of downloading and sharing child pornography.

The Internet Crimes Against Children unit began investigating Reese Dick after a detective working undercover noticed that an internet connection coming from his home was sharing extremely graphic child pornography.

During the course of the investigation, police determined that Dick was downloading and uploading the images and videos from his home in the 1400 block of North Pennsylvania Street and obtained a search warrant for his home.

Dick was home when detectives served the warrant and was interviewed while his home was being searched. During that interview, Dick admitted to detectives that he used his computer to download pornography and said he had been using it for about a month and a half, according to the police reports filed by investigators.

The report also states that Dick admitted to using his Apple Mac computer to download the files approximately "six to seven times."

While being interviewed, the police report states that Dick was "apologetic about downloads of files and said he wanted to 'make it right.'"
