INDIANAPOLIS -- Beech Grove police are looking for a man accused of forcing his way into a home and sexually assaulting her Wednesday afternoon.
Officers were called to a residence in the 100 block of South 6th Avenue around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday on a report of a burglary and rape.
According to the incident report, a 51-year-old woman told police she was home when an unidentified man entered her residence. She said he then proceeded to sexually assault her.
The suspect was described as white male in his 40s, standing approximately 6’ tall and weighing around 200 pounds. He has a stocky build, short brown hair and was clean-shaven. He was reportedly wearing a white t-shirt with cutoff sleeves and gray shorts.
