INDIANAPOLIS — A local organization is hoping someone can help them locate a bronze hawk that was stolen from a piece of artwork in an Indianapolis neighborhood.
Millersville at Fall Creek Valley posted about the stolen piece of statue on Tuesday. They say someone stole the bronze hawk that crowned the iconic Millersville Marker.
The Millersville Marker was commissioned by the Arts Council of Indianapolis and Keep Indianapolis Beautiful. It's on display in the Fall Creek Preserve and is visible from the Fall Creek Trail.
If you have any information about the theft or who might be involved contact the Millersville Board at millersvilleboard@gmail.com. You can also contact IMPD with any tips.
