INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department detectives and members of the Indiana State Police dive team searched an area around Eagle Creek Friday afternoon on the west side of Indianapolis for a baby who went missing earlier this year.

Michael Hewitt, an IMPD public affairs officer, confirmed authorities looked in Eagle Creek near W. McCarty St. and N. Tibbs Ave. for Amiah Robertson, an 8-month-old girl who was last seen in early March.

Hewitt said there is no new information to provide.
