Four people shot in northwest side shooting

INDIANAPOLIS — Police are investigating multiple people shot on the near northwest side of Indianapolis on Wednesday night.

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Northwest District officers were dispatched to the intersection of Roache Street and Rader Street just after 9 p.m., according to IMPD Officer Aaron Hamer.

When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered at least four people injured with gunshot wounds. EMS transported the individuals to an area hospital where, according to police, the individuals are in stable condition.

The scene is still under investigation.
