INDIANAPOLIS — Funeral arrangements have been set for four family members who were killed on Adams Street late last month.

Crown Hill Funeral Home is handling the arrangements for the four Childs family members killed in the Jan. 24 shooting. The visitation for Kezzie Childs, Raymond Childs Jr., Elijah Childs and Rita Childs is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 4 at 4 p.m. Family members tell WRTV the funeral will be held on Friday, Feb. 5. Those details have not been released to the public.

Albertson's Mortuary is handling arrangements for Kiara Hawkins and her child, baby Khaso Childs. A funeral for Hawkins and the baby will be held at noon Saturday, Feb. 6 at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 1304 Goodlet Ave. A viewing will be held from 10 a.m. Saturday until the time of the service. Pastor Richard Miller and Pastor Michael Clark will officiate.

Six people were killed and another was critically injured when investigators say Raymond Ronald Lee Childs III opened fire on his family in the early morning hours of Jan. 24. According to court documents, the teen had an argument of some sort with his father before the shooting.

Kezzie and her husband Raymond Jr. along with their children Elijah and Rita as well as Elijah's girlfriend, Kiara Hawkins and the couple's unborn child all died from their injuries. The couple's 15-year-old son was able to run to a nearby home for help after being shot multiple times.

The Marion County Prosecutor's Office has formally charged the 17-year-old suspect with six counts of murder, one count of attempted murder and carrying a handgun without a license.

The Childs family is working to raise money for the funerals of the four family members killed.
